Former Copper Strike Limited director, Mr. Harry Hatch (Hatgikyriazis), from North Melbourne, Victoria, has recently appeared in the Melbourne Magistrates Court. He faces multiple charges related to his tenure as director of the listed company.
The charges against Mr. Hatch include:
- Three counts of failing to comply with disclosing his interests in shares of a publicly listed company.
- Two counts of providing false information in a document filed with the Australian Securities Exchange Limited (ASX).
- One count of submitting a false or misleading statement to Copper Strike Limited (ASX:CSE).
Providing false information to the ASX or providing false or misleading information in annual financial statements can attract a maximum penalty of imprisonment for five years, a $55,000 fine, or both.
