Convertible debt securities
ASX has announced guidance for entities that propose the issue of convertible debt securities.
If an entity can confirm based on legal advice from a suitably experienced lawyer that the terms of the proposed convertible note are market standard and that none of the features noted in section 5.9 of Guidance Note 21 are present, ASX would not expect the entity to seek advice regarding the compliance of the notes with listing rule 6.1.
If the terms of the convertible debt securities are not market standard or any of the features in section 5.9 of Guidance Note 21 are present, the entity should submit an application for In-Principle Advice that the ASX to ensure that the terms are acceptable.
ASX listing fee changes for FY24
Changes to ASX and subsequent listing fees for FY24 will come into effect on 1 July 2023.
